摘　　要：文章简要回顾了新中国民主党派与中国共产党关系发展的历史及特点,阐述了民主党派在新时期作为参政党的地位与作用,分析了影响民主党派在新时期充分发挥参政党地位与作用的原因,并在此基础上提出了进一步发挥民主党派作用的对策思考。The paper recalls the relationship development between the democratic parties in the New China and China Communist Party and its feature,illustrates the role the democratic parties,as political participating party,played in the new era,analyzes the reasons that affect the position and role that democratic parties play as political participating party in the new century,and then provokes some thoughts over how to play a further role for the democratic parties.
