Clinical Research of Dandelion With Vancomycin Treating Methicillin-resistant Coagulase-negative Staphylococci Infection

摘  要:目的与单用万古霉素比较,评价蒲公英与万古霉素联合治疗耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)感染的临床效果。方法将67例MRCNS感染患者随机分为治疗组(蒲公英加万古霉素)和对照组(单用万古霉素),二组均不另用其它抗生素。观察用药后病人体征,记录实际用药天数,计算各组有效率和细菌清除率。结果治疗组痊愈率(97.1%)和有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(81.8%和93.9%)(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组细菌清除率(97.1%)也显著高于对照组(84.8%)(P<0.01);治疗组实际用药天数(10.8天)低于对照组(11.9天)(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论蒲公英与万古霉素联合治疗MRCNS感染显著优于单用万古霉素。Objective Compared with vancomycin alone,to evaluate the clinical effect of dandelion with vaneomycin treating methicillin - resistant coagulase - negative staphylococci (MRCNS) infection. Methods Using randomized parallel control method,67 patients with MRCNS infection were divided into two groups, treatment group (n = 34) with dandelion and vancomycin, and control group ( n = 33 ) with vancomycin alone, without other antibiotics. Patients symptoms, the actual days of medication, efficiency and the ratio of bacterial clearance after administration were carefully observed. Resuits The cure ratio of treatment group was higher than control group ( 97.1% and 81.8 % in two groups respectively, P 〈0. 01 ). The ratio of effective power in treatment group was higher than control group( 100% and 93.9% in two groups respectively, P 〈 0. 05 ), The ratio of bacterial clearance in treatment group (97.1% ) was also higher than control group ( 84.8% ) ( P 〈 0.01 ). The actual days of medication in treatment group was less than control group ( 10.8 days and 11.9 days in two groups respectively, P 〈0. 01 ). The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of dandelion with vancomycin treating MRCNS infection were significantly superior to vancomycin alone.
