摘　　要：研究运用调查、问卷、实证分析等多种研究方法,对西安市社区居民参与体育锻炼的现状、社区体育设施建设和服务现状进行了调查研究,提出了以社区体育设施服务政策法规系统、社区体育设施服务经费保障系统、社区体育设施服务模式系统、社区体育设施服务管理系统、社区体育设施服务信息系统为主要内容的西安市社区体育设施服务体系。In this study, through the using of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, logical reasoning method, empirical analysis and other research methods and means of community service, community sports facilities, community sports facihties and other service system theoretical issues,Xi＇an community sports facilities and services is discussed. The authors put forward the five relatively independent, but also inter- linked sports facilities service system in Xi＇an service system.
