摘　　要：电子行业中的大多数厂家都或多或少地使用或加工PCB,当在PCB上焊完组件后,需要对表面的焊剂进行精密清洗。本文介绍了清洗原理以及电子行业中常用的几种清洗技术,并展望了未来清洗技术的发展。Great majority of manufactures in electronics industry is making PCB more or less,after finished soldering components on PCB,cleaning surface of PCB precisely is indispensable. The article introduces the theory and several familiar cleaning technologies in electronics industry. The development of cleaning technology in future is predicted.
