水平连铸锡磷青铜表面裂纹形成原因及探究

摘　　要：讨论了锡磷青铜C5191水平连铸带坯裂纹的特点,并对开裂现象进行了初步的检测和分析。结果发现:带材表面下出现微小裂纹,在冷轧的拉力作用下导致表面开裂。指出了裂纹产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施。The features of the surface cracks of C5191 phosphor bronze strip are discussed and the cracking phenomenon is tested and analyzed. The results show that the minor cracks under the surface of the strip can cause fracture of the strip during cold rolling. The cause of the crack is pointed out and measure to overcome it suggested.
