摘　　要：简要介绍了METSIM冶金过程模拟系统的特点及用途,并以某南方离子型稀土分离项目为例,对METSIM在流程设计与冶金计算中的应用及其优点进行了分析。结果表明:该软件在工程设计中的使用不仅能提高设计质量,而且也提高了设计效率,具有广阔的应用前景。The characteristic and purpose of METSIM metallurgical process simulation system are briefly introduced. The advantages of METSIM applied in flow design and metallurgical calculation are analyzed taking a southern ionic rare earth separation project as an example. The result shows that the application of METSIM in engineering design can improve the quality and efficiency of the design. Therefore, METSIM has a wide prospectfor the application.
