80C198单片机在脉宽调速中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文对80C198单片机在直流电机调速中的应用进行了研究，以80C198单片机为控制器，通过检测接口电路和单片机硬件资源中的高速输入部件（HSI）对电机转速进行检测，经数据处理和PID调节后，由高速输出部件（HSO）输出PWM控制信号，实现了对电机在大范围内的无级调速和精确控制．系统还具有远程通讯、测控功能选择、数据实时显示、参数在线修改和掉电保护等功能．文中给出了详细的硬件原理电路和软件设计．The application of 80C198 single microcomputer to continuous current motor speedadjusting has been studied in this paper. Using 80C198 as a controller, the motorspeed's long range continuous adjusting and controlling system has been designed. Motor speed signal is measured through measuring circuit and HSI unit of microcomputer.Through data processing and PID adjusting, the control signal is output by HSO unit.The system also has the functions of long distance communication, function select, datareal time display, parameters modified on-line and power-off protected. The detailed design of hardware and software has been given.
