摘　　要：汶川地震再次引起全国对抗震鉴定加固的关注,重点是对教育和医疗机构建筑的抗震鉴定加固。从现场收集资料,对现场资料整理分析排查,以现场资料为依据对建筑物进行抗震鉴定。结合工程实例,并根据工程的实际特点提出抗震加固措施,以提高房屋的抗震性能,保证房屋的正常、安全使用。Wenchuan earthquake has been aroused the attention of our country to seismic appraiser and strengthening once again. Focused on seismic evalulating and strengthening the buildings of educational and medical institutions. Collecting information from the scene and analyse the information carefully, and then, evalulated the buildings according to the information from the scene. Combined With a practical engineering example, And took measures to strengthen the building based on the actual characteristics, to improve the seismic performance of the building and ensure the construction be used normally and Safely.
