摘 要:试验是在完全开放的自然海区条件下对龙须菜吸收富营养的海水中N、P效果进行探讨。结果表明:在试验期间,正常栽培的龙须菜表层的平均增重5440.7g/条,深层的平均增重2077.4g/条。表层的龙须菜吸收海水中N量为27.40g/条、P量为1.76g/条,深层的龙须菜吸收海水中N量为10.46g/条、P量为0.68g/条。在试验期间,示范区海水的总N、总P含量呈下降趋势,在2007年12月4日试验期开始,海水中的总N、总P平均含量分别为1.428mg/L、0.141mg/L;到了2008年1月23日试验期结束,海水中的总N、总P平均含量分别为1.175mg/L、0.068mg/L,分别平均下降了17.8%、51.7%。表明龙须菜吸收海水中的N、P效果是相当显著的。The research we have done was for the reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus by Gracilaria lemaneiformis on the totally open sea area. The results indicated that, during the experimental time, weight increment of Gracilaria lemaneiformis normally cultivated was 5440. 7 g per slip on the surface and was 2077.4 g per slip on the deep layer. Absorbtion of N by Gracilaria lemaneiformis on the surface was 27. 40 g per slip, and P was 1.76g per slip. Absorbtion of N by Gracilaria lemaneiformis on the deep layer was 10. 46 g per slip, and P was 0. 68 g per slip. Total content of N and P of representative area decreased during the experimental time. At 2007 -12 -4, the beginning of the experiment, average content of N was 1. 428mg per litre, and P was 0. 141mg per litre, but at 2008 - 1 -23, the end of the experiment, average content of N was 1. 175rag per litre, and P was 0. 068mg per litre. The decreasing degree was 17. 8% and 51.7 respectively, which stated that Gracilaria lemaneiformis was an excellent kind of plant for reducing the content of N and P in the sea water.
