摘 要:底层为框架一剪力墙的底框砖层在我国的城市建设中应用广泛。而在这类结构中,作为主要抗侧力构件的低剪力墙,高宽比较小,破坏为剪切型,延性较差。为了改善其抗震性能,可以在低剪力墙中设置型钢骨架,从而形成劲性RC低剪力墙,使其抗震性能和抗震能力得到提高。本文根据试验研究结果,介绍了劲性RC低剪力墙在底框砖房中的应用,可供底框砖房抗震设计参考。Multistory masonry buildings with frame - shear wall structure in their bottom story have been widely applied in city construction in China. In these structures, as the principal structural component to resist lateral force, the Iow - rise RC shear Wall has worse ductility. In order to improve the seismic behavior of the low - rise RC shear wall, we can set up a steel framework in it, so as to form the low - rise steel-encased RC shear wall. The seismic behavior and bearing capacity are improved comparatively. Based on the result of the experiment, the author introduces the application of low - rise steel - encased RC shear wall in this building as a reference in the anti - seismic design of multistory manonry building with large space in its bottom.
