摘 要:某工程单向张弦梁钢屋盖结构的预应力拉索截面较大,安全系数偏高;预应力拉索交于格构式拱下弦,传力偏心;支座采用超大型铸钢节点,加工制造复杂;屋盖满布水平交叉支撑,使结构用钢量偏大.针对这些问题,本文进行两种计算模型的分析比较,结果表明,拉索交汇于格构式拱端部形心,可显著改善杆件受力性能,减少支座尺寸和重量.最后提出了设计改进建议,以供类似工程结构设计时参考.A one-way beam string structure was used for a steel roof. The safety factor is conservative due to too large section of prestressed cable, and the dramatic internal forces appear in the bottom chord of lattice arch because the prestressed cable connects the both ends of the bottom chord. In addition, a heavy consumption of steel is caused by the application of super large scale of cast joint in two supports and the layout of lateral bracing in the whole roof. In this paper, the comparison of two calculating models shows that if cable connects the centroid of lattice arch at both ends, not the supports at the bottom chord, the mechanical behavior of members can be improved remarkably. Finally, some suggestions of improvement of structural design have also been given, which may be useful to designers in similar projects.
