摘  要:以长链脂肪醇马来酸单酯(FME)和甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯(MAO)为亲油单体、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为亲水单体、过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用活泼单体滴加法制备了FME-MAO-MAA三元两亲结构共聚物——PMMF复鞣加脂剂。用傅里叶变换红外光谱对PMMF的结构进行了表征。通过单因素实验对影响PMMF制备的各因素进行了考察。实验结果表明,在较佳条件(n(FME):n(MAO)=3:2、n(亲油单体):n(MAA)=1:1.5、w(过硫酸钱)=5%(基于单体总质量)、n(十二醇):n(十六醇)=1:1、反应温度85℃、活泼单体滴加时间1 5 h)下合成的PMMF复鞣加脂剂具有较好的加脂性能和防水性能。在较佳条件下合成的PMMF的质量分数为1%的水乳液在400 nm处(25℃)的透光率为54.4%,用PMMF复鞣加脂剂处理绵羊兰湿革(削匀厚度1.0 mm)动态防水的次数为1 960次。Retanning fat-liquor agent (PMMF) was synthesized from hydrophilic monomers monoalkyl maleate ( FME ) and octadecyl methacrylate ( MAO), hydrophobic monomer methacrylic acid(MAA) with ammonium persulfate as initiator by free radical water emulsion copolymerization during which active monomer was added dropwise. The structure of PMMF was characterized by means of FTIR. Effect of reaction conditions on properties of PMMF was studied by single factor experiments. Under optimal reaction conditions: reaction temperature 85 ℃, mass fraction of ammonium persulfate 5 % (base on total mass of monomers), mole ratio of hydrophilic monomers to MAA 1 : 1.5, mole ratio of FME to MAO 3 : 2, mole ratio of dodecanol to hexadecanol as long chain fatty alcohols for FME 1 : 1, dropping time of active monomer 1.5 h, the product fat-liquor obtained was good in softness, emulsifiability and waterproofness. Light transmittance of 1% (mass fraction) water emulsion of PMMF obtained was 54.4% and dynamic water permeability times of sheep chromed leather(thickness 1.0 mm) treated with retanning fat-liquor agent PMMF was 1 960.
