摘 要:通过马来酸酐(MA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)酯化,再与丙烯酸缩聚的技术路线,研究水泥助磨剂的合成工艺及其助磨效果.结果表明:在n(MA)∶n(PEG)=1.4∶1.0、合成反应温度90℃、反应3 h、保温1 h、引发剂的质量为单体质量的2%时,合成的助磨剂助磨效果最佳.在500 mm×500 mm实验磨、助磨剂掺量0.05%、粉磨时间36 min的条件下,水泥的0.08 mm方孔筛筛余降低74%,勃氏比表面积提高19.8%,水泥砂浆3 d抗压强度提高10.5%,28 d抗压强度提高8.3%.In order to synthesize homogeneous and efficient cement grinding aids, the following reaction routes were taken: maleic anhydride (MA) and polyethylene glycol(PEG) esterification; and the synthesis of a new type of cement grinding aids. The synthetic process of cement grinding aids and their grinding effect were discussed. Results showed that the optimun conditions were as follows : the mole ratio of MA to PEG 1.4: 1.0, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time 3 h, incubation 1 h, and initiator of monomer 2%, the obtained synthetic grinding aids were better. Under the conditions of 6 500 mm × 500 mm grinder, grinding aids ratio 0. 05%, grinding time 36 min, the fineness of cement (0. 08 mm sieve), Bo's specific surface area, 3 d compressive strength of cement mortar, and 28 d compressive strength was increased by 74%, 19. 8%, 10. 5%, and 8. 3%.
