重庆市大学生心理咨询态度的调查与分析

摘　　要：采用自编的"大学生心理咨询态度量表"对重庆市500名大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明,大学生对心理咨询的态度整体上是积极的,但仍存在矛盾心理;女生、非艺体类及大城市学生的咨询态度更积极;随着年级的升高或生源地经济水平的下降,大学生的求咨行为减少,消极咨询情绪增加;咨询态度与行为意向的相关最高,与认知的相关最低。了解大学生心理咨询状况,可以为高校心理咨询工作的开展提供依据。Adopting the ＂Table of College Students＇ Attitude to Psychological Counseling＂ written by the author, a survey was conducted to 500 college students in Chongqing City and the result shows that on the whole, students take a positive attitude to psychological counseling. However, there are some differences, for example, girl students, students that are not from art or physical education department and those from big cities usually hold a more positive attitude towards the counseling. Besides, with the growth of grade and the worsening of economic condition of students＇ origin, fewer students will seek counseling and more students hold a negative attitude to it. It is found that students＇ attitude to counseling has the highest correlation to the behavioral intention and the lowest correlation to the cognition. Understanding students＇ attitude to psychological counseling can provide hints for conducting the psychological counseling in colleges.
