门诊处方不合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:分析延吉某医院门诊处方不合理用药情况,为提高临床合理用药水平提供理论依据。方法:随机抽取医院门诊处方3624张,分析处方不合理用药情况,统计不合理用药处方比例。结果:不合理用药处方73张,占所抽查处方的2.01%。其中药物作用相互拮抗的3张,占不合理用药处方的4.10%;重复用药的15张,占不合理用药处方的20.54%;选药不当的56张,占不合理用药处方的76.71%。结论:该院门诊用药基本合理,但还存在一些问题,应引起临床医生和药师的重视。同时医院需加强处方点评的力度,进一步提高临床合理用药水平。Objective：to improve the clinical drug use leve in Yanji Hospital by analyzing the irrational outpatient prescriptions. Methods：a total of 3624 outpatient prescriptions were analyzed statistically in respect of the irration drug use and the propoion of the irrational prescriptions. Results：Of the 3624 prescriptions reviewed,73 （2.01%）were irrational ones,of which, 3 （4.10 %）antagonistic effects, 15 （20.54 % ）repeated administration, and56 （76.71%）improper choice of drugs.Conclusion：the outpatient drug use in the hospital is rational on the whole However,there are some problems which need clinician＇ s great attention.Meanwhile hospital should strengthen the prescription evaluation to improve clinical rational drug use level.
