摘　　要：ControlLogix控制系统是美国罗克韦尔公司最新推出的技术先进的控制平台,本文以河北省蔡家营锌金矿改造项目为例详细论述ControlLogix控制系统在选矿自动化中的实际应用。该项目控制系统的硬件平台采用ControlLogix5000系列控制器,软件平台采用RSView SE作为人机接口,结合VBA二次开发,实现了对选矿生产过程的自动化控制,包括生产过程状态监测、电机集中控制、模拟回路调节、数据报表自动生成等功能。ControlLogix control system is Rockwell＇s new technology platform for advanced control, this paper takes the project of Caijiaying zinc gold mine in Hebei Province as an example to discuss the details of ControlLogix control system＇s practical application in the mineral processing automation. The project control system uses Control- Logix5000 series controller as the hardware platform, RSView SE software platform uses as a man-machine interface, combines with the secondary development of VBA, achieves the automation control of the mineral processing, including the monitoring of production process, centralized control of motors, analog loopback controlling , data report generated automatically, and so on.
