摘  要:多杀霉素是一种大环内酯类无公害高效生物杀虫剂。在室内采用浸叶法,测定多杀霉素对稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的活性,结果表明,90.0%多杀霉素原药对稻纵卷叶螟3龄幼虫具有较高的杀虫活性,LC50=0.0668mg/L。田间试验结果表明,2.5%多杀霉素悬浮剂对稻纵卷叶螟高龄幼虫具有较好的防治效果,药后1d的杀虫效果为65.51%~86.80%,药后5d的杀虫效果为76.26%~89.47%,对水稻安全,对天敌影响较小。Spinosad is a new insecticide which shows obvious activity against Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee. The results of toxicity determination by leaf-dipping method in laboratory indicated that LC50 of spinosad was 0.066 8 mg/L to 3 rd instar larvae of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis. The result of control tests in fields showed that 2.5% spinosad SC had the better effect on the controlling of elder instar larvae, the efficacy was 65.51% to 86.80% after 1 day, the efficacy was 76.26% to 89.47% after 5 days. 2.5% Spinosad SC was safe on rice and its influence to natural enemy was little.
