摘　　要：目的观察心脑舒通胶囊对动脉粥样硬化患者C反应蛋白(CRP)和动脉弹性功能的影响。方法将入选的114例动脉粥样硬化患者随机地分为A组(58例)与B组(56例)。两组患者均予常规治疗,B组加用心脑舒通胶囊口服,3粒/次,1日3次,比较用药前及用药2月后各组C反应蛋白(CRP)、臂-脚踝动脉波传导速度(baPWV)、大动脉弹性指数(C1)、小动脉弹性指数(C2)变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组治疗后CRP、baPWV、C1、C2均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与A组治疗后比较,B组各指标均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑舒通胶囊具有改善炎性反应及动脉弹性功能的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Xinnaoshutong capsule on C - reactive protein（CRP） and arterial elasticity in arteriosclerotic patients. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with arteriosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups：Group A （n = 58 ） treated wit h conventional therapy and gro up B（ n = 56） treated by Xinnaoshutong capsule（ 3 pills, three times a day, orally） in addition to conventional therapy for 2 months. The changes of CRP, brachial-angle pulse wave velocity（baPWV）, large arterial elasucity index（C1）and small arterial elasticity index（C2） were observed. Results There was significant difference in CRP,baPWV,C1 and C2 between the pre - and post treatment in two group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,there was significant difference in CRP,baPWV,C1 and C2 between group A and group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinnaoshutong capsule had effects on alleviating the inflammatory reaction and improving arterial elasticity without side effect.
