高校组织结构的检视和“扁平化”组织结构设想

摘　　要：高校组织结构决定了高校组织中的指挥系统、信息沟通网络和人际关系,最终影响组织效能的发挥。长期的计划经济,使我国高校的自主权受到很大的束缚,导致高校内部组织结构过于僵化,缺乏灵活性、创造性,影响了教师创新能力的发挥。因此需要构筑有利于教师创新的、中间行政管理环节尽可能少的"扁平化"内部组织结构。Organizational structure of colleges and universities decides the commanding system, information internet and interpersonal relations. It affects the efficiency of the structure. The long - term planned economy causes a lot of restrictions on the autonomy of colleges and universities, which leads to a stiff internal organizational structure and shortage of flexibility and creativity. All these influence the teachers＇innovation ability. Therefore, colleges and universities need to set up a ＂simplified＂ internal organizational structure which contains the fewest administrative procedures to help teachers become more innovative.
