摘　　要：近年来,崇文区总工会围绕服务大局、服务职工、服务企业的服务定位,构建了由区职工帮扶中心、街道工会服务站、基层工会构成的全区工会三级服务体系,健全了各项制度,搭建了多个服务平台。主动围绕全区的中心任务,不断丰富服务内容,动员和组织职工发挥工人阶级的主力军作用;主动围绕职工素质、职工精神文化生活、职工帮扶、职工合法权益等,履行职能服务全区职工;主动围绕企业需求,为企业的和谐发展创造良好的条件和环境。In recent years, chongwen makes the service orientation of serving the overall situation, serving the workers and serving the enterprises definite, has built the three-class service system consisted of aid center, service station and basic level trade union. In order to give play to the advantages of working class as a group, it is necessary to serve the central task and enrich the service contents for trade union. In order to establish the harmonious situation, it is of importance to raise the quality of workers, enrich the cultural life and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
