摘　　要：介绍了TEC温控原理和几种TEC集成控制芯片的典型应用电路;在对其进行对比之后,给出了基于MAX1978芯片具体的温控电路设计方法。This paper introduced the theory of TEC temperature control and several typical application circuits of the TEC integrated control chips. The design method of the temperature control circuit based on MAX1978 was proposed after comparison with the TEC integrated control chips.
