摘　　要：从调查国外中速客运电力机车主要技术参数入手，分析了这种机车的技术特点，归纳了它们的技术要求，从而对当前和今后我国发展中速客运电力机车的主要参数和技术提出了一些看法。The main technical parameters of overseas middle speed passenger electric locomotives are investigated,their technical features analyzed,and technical demands induced.View points are expressed on main parameters and technologies of middle speed passenger electric locomotives for present and future development.
