摘  要:由于双边市场的独特特性,双边市场中面临着类似"马歇尔困境"的竞争困境。房地产经纪具有典型的双边市场特性,以房地产经纪业为例分析影响双边市场实现有效竞争的关键因素,结果表明,平台模式、信息共享、用户保护和激励等因素共同对双边市场有效竞争具有重要影响;特别是房地产经纪大平台模式为实现双边市场的有效竞争提供了一个重要参考路径。Due to their distinguishing two-sided markets characteristics, these industries are facing the problem like Marshall's Dilemma. Real estate brokerage possesses the typical characteristics of two-sided markets which are different from the one of one-sided markets. Based on the industry of real estate brokerage, this paper analyzes factors influencing the workable competition of two-sided markets including the platform mode, the system of information share and user protection and so on, which together has a great promoting influence on the workable competition of two-sided markets. The model of big platform among real estate broker companies is an important reference path to the workable competition of two-sided markets.
