住院患者对护士沟通情境及其需求与现状评价调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解住院患者对护士沟通情境及内容的需求及对现状的评价。方法:采用自行设计调查问卷,对九江市某三级甲等医院住院患者中的91人对护士沟通情境及内容需求与现状评价进行调查。结果:目前患者对护士沟通情境和内容两方面的需求与现状存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过对住院患者对护士沟通需求与现状的调查发现,临床护士对于护患沟通在情境及内容的效果方面均与患者对沟通的需求存在差异。Objective： To understand evaluation of present condition and demands of inpatients on nurse - patient communication. Methods ：With self- designed questionnaire investigates 91 persons in a X -rated first grade hospital in Jiujiang about situation and demands of nurse - patient communication. Results ： Patients＇ demands of the and results of communication had different results with that on present condition. Conclusion：Follows the results of clinical nurses choosing the time scenario ways and getting results of communication is different with patients＇ demands.
