基于瓜尔胶糊料载体的金属盐对彩棉织物色变的影响

摘　　要：利用三氯化铁金属盐对天然彩棉的类媒染作用,在提高彩棉织物色牢度的同时会与彩棉色素作用产生色变的特性,探讨了以瓜尔胶作为传递金属盐载体使彩棉织物局部变色的变化规律。结果表明:瓜尔胶金属盐离子有较好的相容性,与彩棉有极佳的亲和力,且糊料粘度及性能均不受盐离子浓度影响,可取得良好的色变效果。The treatment to the naturally colored cotton by the salts is similar to the mordant dyeing of the natural dyes; while improving the color fastness, the reaction of the salts with the pigments would change the original color of the colored cotton fabric. As a carrier, the GUAR make the color of colored cotton partially change and the change regulation was discussed. The results shows that GUAR not only has a well compatibility with salts, but also has a strong affinity with cotton fabric,besides, the viscosity and performance of itself will not be influenced in the processing. It can be used as a carrier to transmit the salts into the fabric and successfully change the color.
