摘　　要：涤纶/粘胶混纺针织纱产生细节的原因与工艺配置、设备精度和运转状态、原料中的短绒含量、相关纺纱器材的配置、半制品在各个环节的意外牵伸,以及操作水平和清洁等密切相关。实践表明,从严格原料使用、各工序工艺参数优化、设备状况完好率、优质纺纱器材、温湿度管理、操作和清洁的强化管理等方面入手,可明显降低成纱细节,整体上提高成纱质量水平。It analyzed and expounded the formation cause of snicks. Many factors are directly bound up with the formation of snicks. That is, most optimum distribution of technology, exactitude and work state of equipments, the flock powder content of material, the distribution on relevant spinning equipments, misdraft of half-finished goods in each section, operation level and cleanliness, etc. It has been found that in order to raise the level of spinning quality, it should pay more attention on the relevant factors.
