摘　　要：从我国对发达国家服装创新人才培养模式的借鉴进行阐述,通过对法国、日本、美国等发达国家服装创新人才的培养模式进行分析,总结我国服装创新人才培养的现状和特点,运用国外先进教育模式,提出服装创新人才"八大"培养模式,实现我国服装创新人才教育与国际教育相接轨。It elaborated that our country learns from the cultivating patterns of clothing creative talents of developed countries, analyzed the cultivating patterns of clothing creative talents from France, Japan, the United States and so on. It concluded the characteristics and current situations about the training of the clothing creative talents in China, came up with the ＂Eight＂ training models which may realize that the education of the clothing creative talents in China integretes with the international standards.
