摘 要:采用田间试验,研究不同施肥对小白菜生长及土壤速效磷转化的影响。结果表明,施用未灭菌双孢蘑菇菌糠肥料处理能有效促进小白菜的生长,其根长、叶片数、茎长、鲜重分别比未施肥对照组高16.7%、27.7%、20.1%、29.5%;可明显改善小白菜根际的微生态环境,土壤中细菌数量较未施肥对照组增加39.7%,放线菌的数量增加18%;加快根际土壤速效磷的转化,较未施肥对照组增加了0.40%。A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of Agarieus bisporus residue on pakehoi growth and soil available phosphorus transformation. The results showed that unsterilized Agarieus bisporus residue could significantly promote the growth of pakchoi on the root length, leaf number, stem length, fresh weight which was 16. 7%, 27.7%, 20. 1% and 29. 5% higher than that of CK respectively. It also could improve pakehoig rhizosphere mieroeeologieal environment and significantly increase the number of the rhizosphere bacteria and aetinomyces, which was 39. 7% and 18% higher than that of CK respectively. The conversion of the available phosphorus was also expedited 0. 40% than that of CK.
