摘  要:利用半定量RT-PCR技术研究了纤维蛋白FB27基因在不同组织、不同基因型和不同时期的茎皮中的表达情况。结果表明,苎麻FB27基因的表达不具有组织特异性,但在苎麻纤维组织高度发达、纤维组成成分最多的茎部表达量最高,尤其是茎皮;在高纤维细度种质中相对表达量较高,在低纤维细度种质中相对表达量较低;在不同的生长季FB27基因的相对表达量为:头麻>三麻>二麻。在同季麻不同生长发育时期,伸长增粗期FB27基因的相对表达量较高,苗期和工艺成熟期较低。苎麻纤维发育相关基因FB27的表达程度与纤维细度表现出正相关。The correlation of FB27gene expression with fiber development was detected in different development period, tissues and genotypes by the semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The results showed that: FB27 gene expression was non-tissue specificity, but the highest expression was in the term of strong growth of stem, especially in the bast. Relatively higher expression existed in high fiber fineness germplasms and the relatively lower expression existed in low fiber fineness germplasms. The relative gene expression of FB27 was the highest in first-crop and the lowest in second-crop. During the development period , the relatively higher expression of FB27 existed in elongation-thicking-stage, however, the expression of FB27 was lower in seedling stage and technical maturing stage.The results showed that FB27 gene expression was correlated with fiber fineness in ramie.
