学生体质健康现状与应对研究——以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院学生为例

摘　　要：以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院2005、2006级学生《体质健康标准》测试统计数据为依据，围绕学生身体形态、生理机能、身体素质等指标进行统计分析研究，全面了解和掌握学生在校期间的身体健康素质状况，并结合学院的实际情况，提出有针对性的建议，为学生身体发展培养方案的构建提供可参考的依据。This paper made statistical analysis to grade 2005 and 2006 students of Hunan Railway College of Science ＆ Technology according to their test statistics in Physical Health Standard, and based on physique, physical function and physical quality of students to have a full understanding and mastering to their status of physical health in school; in addition, by combining actual situation of the college, it also proposed targeting recommendations to provide referenced evidence for construction of training program of student＇s physical development.
