龙芽葱木皂苷抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨恩施民族医药中草药龙芽葱木皂苷的抗炎镇痛作用。方法选用热板法和醋酸扭体法对小鼠进行镇痛实验,以角叉菜胶(Car)25mg/kg诱导大鼠气囊滑膜炎为模型,观察龙芽葱木皂苷对气囊滑膜炎渗出液中蛋白含量、白细胞数量及脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果龙芽葱木皂苷(100、200、400mg/kg)剂量依赖性地抑制Car所诱导的白细胞游出和蛋白渗出,显著降低MDA含量,且有明显的镇痛作用。结论龙芽葱木皂苷有较好的镇痛效果,对大鼠气囊滑膜炎具有明显抗炎作用,其抗炎机制与抑制氧自由基生成、减轻脂质过氧化损伤有密切关系。Objective Studied the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total saponins from Aralia elate root bark.Methods Selected hot plate and acetic acid writhing method in mice for analgesic experiments,with carrageenan （Car） 25mg/kg induced synovitis as a model balloon to observed the Agrimonia Aralia saponins on the airbag synovitis exudate protein content,white blood cell counts and malondialdehyde （MDA） content.Resulsts Total saponins from Aralia elate（100,200,400mg/kg）had clearly analgesic effects,it had obviously inhibitory effects on acute and chronic inflammation,it could decreased the content of protein, the amount of white blood cell and MDA in blood of rats induced by adjuvant as to effective antiinflammatory. Conclusion Total saponins from Aralia elate root bark was an effective medicine on analgesic, the anti-inflammatory of total saponins from Aralia elate was evidently. The mechanism of it＇s anti-inflammatory had a closely relationship with control of the produce oxygen free radical and reduced the dainifiction of lipid peroxid matter.
