摘　　要：职业生涯规划是高职高专院校就业指导工作的重中之重。本文阐述了高职高专院校学生进行职业生涯规划教育的现状及意义，并提出了当前高职高专院校学生职业生涯规划的不足及对策。The professional profession plan is the quality high special colleges and universities career guidance work the most important.
