摘　　要：本文首先阐述广西高职高专实训基地建设的背景，并总结了当前各高职院校以就业为导向的实训基地建设的主要成果，分析了实训基地建设存在的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了解决的方案。This article firstly illustrates the background of the construction to the training base of the Higher Vocational College in Guangxi, and summarizes the main achievement which is gained during the training bases which are taken employment as a guide constructed by the Higher Vocational College in Guangxi, and analyses the problems which have been during the training base constructed. At last, we put forward the solving solution.
