赤芍总苷对荷瘤鼠体内IL-10、IL-12、TGF-β1分泌及细胞免疫功能的影响  被引量:9

摘  要:目的观察赤芍总苷对荷瘤鼠免疫功能的调控作用。方法分组给药7d后,处死小鼠测定胸腺指数、脾指数;IL-10、IL-12、TGF-β1测定采用ELISA法;流式细胞仪检测血液中CD4+、CD8+T细胞的数目比例。结果赤芍总苷使荷瘤鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数都增加,能降低IL-10和TGF-β1分泌,增加IL-12分泌,纠正荷瘤机体的Th1/Th2漂移现象,维持Th1的优势状态。结论赤芍总苷具有调节IL-10、IL-12、TGF-β1细胞因子分泌的作用,增加CD8+T细胞数量,调节荷瘤鼠的免疫功能。Objective To observe the total glucosides of Radix Paeoniae Rubra regulate the effect of immunologic function on tumor-bearing mice. Methods The mice were grouped and treated with 7 days by TGC. Then the mice were killed. A lot of data were determined, such as spleen index thymus index, IL- 10, IL- 12, TGF- beta 1 determination by ELISA, detection CD4^ + , CD8 ^+ number by flow cytometry in the blood. Results The tumor- bearing mice were increased thymus index and spleen index and reduced IL-10 and TGF -beta 1 secretion by TGC, increased IL-12 secretion, corrected Th1 / Th2 drift, maintained the advantage of Thlstatus. Conclusions TGC could have effect on IL-10, IL- 12, TGF-betal cytokine, raise the number of CD8^+ cells to adjust the immune function of tumor- bearing mice.
