摘　　要：建立了一种RP-HPLC法测定复方大青叶颗粒中靛玉红的含量。样品用Kromasil C18（200mm×4.6mm，5μm）柱分离，检测波长为289nm，流动相为甲醇-水（体积比为75：25），流速为1.0mL／min。靛玉红在1.25－19.97mg／L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r=0.9999，平均回收率为102.0%（RSD=1.5%，n=9）。该法准确、快速、简单，适合复方大青叶颗粒中靛玉红的含量测定。A RP-HPLC method for content determination of indirubin in compound Daqingye grams was established. The sample was separated by using column C18 （200mm×4.6mm,5μm）, and the mobile phase used was methanol-water （v ： v=75 ： 25）. The detection wavelength was set at 289 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The linear range of indirubin was 1.25-19.97 mg/L（r=0.9999）. The mean recovery was 102.0%（RSD=1.5%, n=9）. The methods is accurate, rapid and simple, and it is suitable for content determination of indirubin in Compound Daqingye grains.
