钯催化一锅法合成2-(3,3-二甲基)丁炔基苯并呋喃的研究

摘　　要：在三乙胺与四氢呋喃混合溶剂中,邻乙炔基苯酚与(E)-1,2-二碘-3,3-二甲基-1-丁烯在醋酸钯及碘化亚铜的作用下,在氩气保护下,首先在室温下反应15 h,然后在100°C下再反应13 h,一锅法合成2-(3,3-二甲基)丁炔基苯并呋喃,该方法操作简便,反应产率较好,产物结构经由NMR和MS确证。2-（3,3-Dimethylbut-1-yny1）benzofuran was synthesized by the reaction of 2-ethynylphenol and （E）-1,2-diiodo-3,3-dimethylbut-1-ene in the presence of palladium （Ⅱ） acetate and copper（I） iodide as catalyst via an one-pot reaction in triethylamine-tetrahydrofuran media. The mixture was stirred under argon atmosphere at r. t. for 15 h, and then at 100℃ for 13h to afford, the target compound. The reaction was readily performed with good yield under mild conditions and convenient operations. The structure of the product was characterized by NMR and MS methods.
