摘 要:军事国家和恐怖集团对纳米科学的热衷使纳米技术的发展可能会对社会的安全产生一定的影响。为了综合和深入地分析其风险,提出了定性评估的方法和路径。通过5个方面的探讨,分析了风险产生的动机和实现因素,以及直接和间接的影响,并提出一些建设性设想和对策。Due to the purchase and usage of nano science by military countries and terrorism groups,the development of nano technology will cause great affect to the safety of society.In order to analyze the risks in a comprehensive way,the authors brought a formula to assess the risks of nano technology.According the formula,there are five factors which should be discussed,such as motivation,capability,direct and indirect consequences,effective countermeasure.Through the research,many negative effects are mentioned and should be recognized clearly when more of our eyes are being put on the positive ones. At the same time,more attention should be paid to risks of nano technology,and relative measurement should be taken before the happening of adversity, and once it comes, we can handle it properly, and improve the development of the new technology reasonably in the future.
