益智仁盐炙对豚鼠膀胱逼尿肌活动影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察益智仁盐炙后对豚鼠膀胱逼尿肌收缩活动的影响并探讨其作用机理。方法将膀胱逼尿肌肌条置于灌流肌槽内,采用分别加兴奋剂和累计加药物的方法,观察肌条的收缩活动。结果益智仁和盐益智仁剂量依赖性对乙酰胆碱引起的膀胱逼尿肌兴奋具有显著的拮抗作用,可降低肌条收缩的平均张力,且盐炙品效果优于生品。结论益智仁和盐益智仁作用膀胱的靶点可能是膀胱逼尿肌的M受体,具有类似M受体阻断剂的作用,盐炙后作用更强。Objective To study the effect of the crude Alpiniae oxyhyllae Fructus （CAOF） and the stir - heated Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus（SAOF） on contractile activity of isolated bladder detrusor muscle strips of guinea pigs and it＇s possible mechanism. Methods Bladder detrusor strips were suspended in tissue chambers,the CAOF and the SAOF and stimulant drug of varied concentration were added accumulatively in them. Observed the contractile activity of bladder muscle strips. Results Both of the CAOF and the SAOF stimulated the bladder detrusor strips via acetylcholine antagonism with an increasing dosage,which could increase the resting tension, and SAOF showed a stronger effect. Conclusion The CAOF and the SAOF influence on the M - receptor of bladder smooth muscle as M - receptor inhibitor thus decreasing the construction of bladder smooth muscle.
