摘  要:目的对比铁皮石斛与其常用替代品在品质方面的差异。方法采用苯酚-硫酸法与重量法,研究对比了西双版纳地区不同来源铁皮石斛及齿瓣石斛多糖含量及折干率的差异。结果铁皮石斛的多糖含量及折干率分别为20.29%,20.16%,齿瓣石斛为16.93%,18.92%。结论不同栽培类型的铁皮石斛存在品质差异;齿瓣石斛的野生苗品质优于组培苗。Objective To compare the difference of quality between Derutrobium candidurn and Dendrobium devonianum. Methods Phenol - Sulphate Acid method and gravimetrict method were used to measure polysaccharides contents from Dendrobium and their weights after baking. Results The polysaccharides content and drying rate of Dendrobiurn candidum were 20.29% ,20.16% respectively, that of Dendrobium devortianurn 16.93%, 18.92% separately. Conclusion The cultivated type of Dendrobium candidum is significantly different in quality. The quality of natural seedling of Dendrobium devonianum is superior to that of tissue culture seedling.
