摘 要:目的研究黄芪香丹红花注射液对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)增殖的影响。方法体外加药培养MSCs,用四甲基偶氮唑法检测黄芪香丹红花注射液促进大鼠MSCs的增殖作用,免疫组化检测MSCs细胞的5-溴尿嘧啶核苷(Brdu)标记阳性率。结果发现香丹药液对MSCs的增殖与对照组比较有显著性差异;而红花、黄芪药液对MSCs的增殖无显著作用。结论香丹注射液有促进MSCs增殖的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of astragali, Flos Carthami, Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells. (MSCs). Methods MSCs of the 3th generation were selected for induction with injection in five consistency in vitro. MSCs were marked by Brdu. The proliferation of mesenchymal stem cell were detected by MTr and immuno - cytochemistry. Results In salvia miltiorrhiza group, MSCs proliferation in three higher concentration groups of five increased compared with control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in vitro, but didn t increase obviously in astragali, flos earthami groups ( P 〉 0. 05 ) in vitro. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza can improve proliferation of MSCs.
