辛温解表法对小鼠粘膜免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究辛温解表法对粘膜免疫屏障的干预作用。方法流感病毒感染小鼠,用药3 d后观察呼吸道粘膜上皮的病理改变,检测气管纤毛运动时间以及支气管肺泡灌洗液、肠灌洗液中黏多糖、分泌性免疫球蛋白A的含量。结果辛温解表三方能改善流感病毒感染小鼠气管粘膜上皮的病理损伤,其中麻黄汤、桂枝汤能增加支气管肺泡灌洗液和肠灌洗液中sIgA的含量,麻黄桂枝各半汤能增加肠灌洗液中sIgA的含量;3方对灌洗液黏多糖的含量以及气管纤毛运动的影响各有侧重。结论辛温解表法对呼吸道粘膜屏障的干预作用或许是其治疗外感热病的关键环节之一。Objective To study the mucosal immunological mechanism of Xinwen Jiebiao prescription for influenza. Methods Influenza virus FMl mouse lung - adapted strain was intranasally inoculated to mice. KM mice were randomly divided into five groups. （1）Normal control group, （2） model control group, （3） Mahuang decoction, （4）Guizhi decoction, （5）Mahuangguizhi each half decoction group. 3 days after administration, these mice were all killed, the injury changes in mice airway and the ciliary movement was observed under light microscope （LM）. The levels of sIgA and mueopolysaeeharides was detected in the bronchus alveolus lavage fluid （BALF） and intestinal lavage fluid（ILF）. Results Compared with model control group,Xinwen Jiebiao prescription attenuated phathological change of bronchus mucosal epithelia, improved the ciliarymovement, and there were significant differences in slgA and mucopolysaccharides. Conclusion The mucosal immunological mechanisam may be the key of the Xinwen Jiebiao prescription against influenza.
