摘　　要：目的对矮地茶水提取物和醇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用及急性毒性进行研究。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法观察矮地茶的抗炎、镇痛作用;对矮地茶水提物及醇提物的半数致死量(LD50)进行测定,观察其急性毒性。结果矮地茶对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01,P<0.05);对0.7%醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。矮地茶水提物及醇提物对小鼠灌胃给药的LD50分别为(115.77±10.31)g/kg,95%可信限为(105.92～126.54)g/kg;(94.71±10.13)g/kg,95%可信限为(85.12～105.38)g/kg。结论矮地茶具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用;矮地茶水提物及醇提取物未出现其它毒性反应。Objective To study on the anti -inflammatory,analgesic and acute toxicity effects of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Aidicha. Methods The anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of Aidicha were observed by means of dimethylbenzene inducing ear edema model, acetic acid writhing test. To observe acute toxicity with the aqueous extract of Aidicha and the alcohol extract of Aidicha by Lethal Dose 50 （ LD50 ）. Results Aidicha significantly inhibited the inflammation caused by xylene （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） and inhibited writhing caused by 0.7% acetic acid （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）in mice. The LD50 for acute toxicity of the aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Aidicha were 115.77 ± 10.31g/kg（95% ,105.92 ± 126.54 g/kg） ;94. 71± 10.13g/kg （95% ,85.12 - 105.38g/kg）. Conclusion Aidicha has anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects. The aqueous extract and alcohol extract of Aidicha don＇t have acute toxicity.
