摘  要:目的采用水蒸气蒸馏和二氧化碳超临界萃取方法提取薰衣草精油,比较其体外抗氧化作用。方法通过DPPH、羟自由基、超氧阴离子、脂质过氧化及溶血反应体系,检测并比较两种方法提取的薰衣草精油抗氧化能力。结果两种方法提取的薰衣草精油均具有较强抗氧化能力,且呈剂量依赖性。在5个氧化体系中,超临界CO2萃取法提取的薰衣草精油抗氧化作用均强于水蒸气蒸馏法提取的薰衣草精油。结论超临界CO2萃取法提取的薰衣草精油具有更强的抗氧化能力。Objective To withdraw lavender oil with different methods and compare their antioxidative activities in vitro. Methods The lavender oil was extracted through steam distillation method and supercritical CO2 extraction method. The antioxidative capacity of lavender oil was examined through DPPH, hydroxy radical, superoxide anion,lipid peroxidation and hemolysis reacting system. Results Both of the lavender oils by different extraction method had strong antioxidative capacity in concentration - dependent manner. While the lavender oil extracted by supereritical CO2 extraction was more efficacious than the one extracted by steam distillation method. Conclusion The lavender oil which was extracted through CO2 extraction method has better antioxidation capacity.
