摘  要:目的研究天山花楸中总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交实验,分别以比色法测定总黄酮提出率和高效液相色谱(HPLC)图谱中总黄酮相对积分峰面积为指标,考察提取温度、料液比、醇浓度对天山花楸叶中总黄酮提出率的影响。结果最终确定天山花楸叶中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:温度60℃,醇浓度为60%,料液比1∶10(g∶ml),其中超声功率60 kHz,时间30 min,在相同条件下连续提取两次。结论该提取工艺合理,总黄酮提取率高,质量易于控制。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Sorbus tianshanica Rupr. Methods With yield of total flavonoids and the sum integral relative peak area of total flavonoids in HPLC chromatograms as the index, orthogonal experiment was carried to investigate factors of temperature, solid - liquid leaching rate, concentration of alcohol, which impact the yield of total flavonoids from Sorbus tianshanica Rupr. Results The results of the orthogonal experiment showed the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction were identified as the follows: temperature 60%, 60% ethanol, solid - to - liquid ratio 1/10 g/ml, and extract 2 times at 60 kHz of acoustic power for 30 minutes. Conclusion The extraction technology is reasonable, the yield of total flavonoids is high and the quality is easily controlled.
