敦煌大宝胶囊对肾阳虚小鼠抗应激作用影响的研究

摘　　要：目的研究敦煌大宝胶囊对肾阳虚小鼠抗应激作用的影响。方法用氢化可的松给小鼠皮下注射,造成肾阳虚动物模型,观察敦煌大宝胶囊对肾阳虚小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧能力、负重游泳后肝糖原和血清乳酸含量的影响。结果与模型组比较,敦煌大宝胶囊能明显增加肾阳虚小鼠体重,显著延长负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧生存时间,提高负重游泳后肝糖原含量,降低运动后血清乳酸含量。结论与模型组比较,敦煌大宝胶囊能明显增加肾阳虚小鼠体重,显著延长负重游泳时间和常压耐缺氧生存时间,提高负重游泳后肝糖原含量,降低运动后血清乳酸含量。Objective To observe anti - stress effect of DHDB on the mice with kidney - yang asthenia. Methods The model mice with deficiency of kidney - yang was induced by subcutaneously injecting hydrocortisone. The effects of DHDB on these targets, referring to the changes of body weight, the loaded swimming time, survival time under anoxia,level of glycogen and lactic acid,were observed. Results Compared with model group, DHDB could increase the body weight, prolong the loaded swimming trine, survival time under anoxia and level of glycogen （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.05 ） , also decrease the content of lactic acid obviously （P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion DHDB can improve anti- stress effect on the mice with kidney- yang asthenia.
