摘  要:目的观察升压宁对内毒素休克肝损伤大鼠肝组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的影响。方法采用一次性静脉注射内毒素(LPS)10 mg/kg复制内毒素休克模型,以升压宁预处理动物,并以地塞米松为阳性对照,免疫组化法测定肝组织中TNF-α和iNOS的表达。结果内毒素休克模型组存在严重肝损伤,肝组织中TNF-α和iNOS表达较空白对照组显著增强(P(0.01),升压宁组肝损伤较模型组减轻,TNF-α和iNOS的表达与模型组比较显著降低(P(0.01)。结论升压宁能减轻内毒素休克肝损伤,其机理与抑制TNF-α和iNOS的表达有关。Objective To explore the effect of Sheng Ya Ling on TNF - α and iNOS in liver injury rats with endotoxic shock. Methods The rats were injected intravenously LPS 10mg/kg to make endotoxie shock models. They were pre -treated by Sheng Ya Ling with the rats given dexamethasone as positive control group. Then observed the expression of TNF - α and iNOS were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results In the endotoxie shock model group, livers of rats were severely injured and the expression of TNF-α and iNOS in livers were increased more significantly than that in the blank control group( P 〈 0.01 ). The liver injury of Sheng Ya Ling group was slighter than that of model group and expression of TNF - α and iNOS were decreased more significantly than that of model group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Sheng Ya Ling can reduce liver injury, by endotoxic and its mechanism may be with inhabitation of expression of TNF - αand iNOS.
