引种冬虫夏草寄主昆虫的生物学特性比较研究

摘　　要：目的为选育优质的虫种提供理论依据。方法将四川、云南和西藏产地的蝠蛾属Hepialus昆虫引种到康定冬虫夏草Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.)Sacc.培殖基地采取常规相同的室内饲养方式饲养,并对其卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫的生物学特性进行比较研究。综合寄主的生长适应能力、个体大小和感染冬虫夏草菌的能力作为虫种是否优质的判断标准。结果在引种的蝠蛾中,代号为"自繁""小金"和"雅家埂"的蝠蛾是目前优质的冬虫夏草寄主昆虫。结论各虫种存在一定的生物学特性差异。虫种是否优质的判断标准可用于大生产。Objective To provide the theoretical basis for introducing and breeding a fine variety. Methods The biological characters of the hosts of the Cordyceps sinensis（ Berk. ）Saec. which were introduced from Sichuan, Yunnan and Xizang were eomparativly studied. It is the size, the able of the growth and the catching HirsuteUa sinensis of the lava that is quality criterions. Results Hepialus with code of Zifan, Xiaojian and Yajiageng are the best hosts of Cordyceps sinensis（ Berk. ） Saee. at present. Conclusion - There are some differences on the biological characters among the hosts of the Cordyceps sinensi.s（ Berk. ） Saec. and the criterions of the high quality may be applied to the production.
