气阴双补法对干燥综合征小鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究气阴双补法对干燥综合征小鼠的作用。方法将60只Bacb/C小鼠,按体质量随机分为6组,每组10只,即正常组,模型组,羟氯喹组,增液布津汤小剂量组、中剂量组和大剂量组。对照组用羟氯喹片剂,观察体质量、摄食量、饮水量、唾液流量、脾指数及颌下腺病理形态学变化。结果增液布津汤能有效缓解口干、口腔烧灼感、眼干、眼异物感、鼻干等临床症状。实验室检查方面能增加唾液流量及泪流量,病理显示能抑制淋巴细胞浸润。结论运用气阴双补不仅能缓解干燥综合征小鼠临床症状,而且能纠正免疫紊乱,疗效优于对照组。Objective To research the function of the method of nourishing both ＂qi＂ and blood on the mice having SS. Methods Put the 60 Bacb/C mice into 6 groups according to their weight at random, there were 10 mice in each group. The groups included the normal group, the model group, the hydroxychloroquine group, the low, middle and high dose group using Zengye Bujin De- coction. We used hydroxychloroquine tablets on the mice in the control group and then observed the index weight, food intake, water intake, salivary, flow rate, spleen index and the pathomorphology observation of submandibular gland. Results Zengye Bujin Decoction could effectively relieve dry mouth, burning mouth sensation, dry eye, eye foreign body sensation, dry nose and some other clinical symptoms. The examination of lab showed it could increase salivary flow rate and tear flow rate. Pathology also showed it could restrain the infiltration of lymphocyte. Conclusion The use of the method of nourishing both ＂ qi＂ and blood can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of the mice having SS, but also correct immunologic derangement, whose efficacy is better than those in the control group.
