王氏萎胃灵长期毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的对王氏萎胃灵安全性作出正确评价,为临床用药提供科学依据,保证用药安全。方法王氏萎胃灵分大剂量组(3.6 g/kg)、中剂量组(1.8 g/kg)、小剂量组(0.9 g/kg)。大鼠每天灌胃给药,共180 d,并对大、中、小剂量组和正常组进行一般情况观察、体重测量、血液指标、检测脏器系数和对心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑等29个脏器进行肉眼观察和镜下检查。结果王氏萎胃灵口服长期毒性实验未发现蓄积毒性(P>0.05)。结论王氏萎胃灵在规定剂量下口服安全,无明显毒副作用。Objective To evaluate the safety of Wang＇sWei Wei Ling, so to provide the scientific basis for its clinical usage. Methods The long time toxicity experiments were perfornled on high dosage group 3.60 g/kg ,middle dosage group 1. 80 g/kg , low dosage group 0.90 g/kg and the normal group, one daily for 180 days. The rats weight , blood, the coefficient of organs were generally observed and the hearts ,livers, spleens, kidneys and brain etc. nonacosa organs were observed with the naked eyes and under microscope. Results No accumulative toxicity was observed in the experimental study on long time toxicity of Wang＇sWei Wei Ling （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It is safe to take Wang＇sWeiWeiLing under the prlscribed dosage and it has little toxicity .
