摘 要:将不锈钢粉末与韧性丝网复合,通过变化材料、料浆粒度和覆层方式,可获得既具有金属的强韧、耐蚀和热震性,又可调结构及性能的柔性微孔材料,该微孔材料可冲压、折叠和焊接成复杂形状的滤芯。不锈钢粉末与丝网复合的孔隙和透过性能研究表明,料浆粒度显著影响孔隙和透过性能,末级料浆粒度起决定性作用;二次双向涂覆时,相同料浆粒度料浆形成外细内粗的三明治结构,不同粒度料浆形成由粗到细的梯度结构;复合多孔材料具有均匀的孔径分布和高透过率。The powders and silkscreen of steel stainless are combined through changing material sorts, powders constitutes and coating methods. The porous materials have good performances of pore and permeation, and can be easily shaped by punching, collapsing or welding; meanwhile they hold the good metallic strength and tenacity, resistances to corrosion and heat impacting. Pore and permeation of composite of stainless steel powders and silkscreen were researched, which depended on the particle size, especially that of the last layer. When twice coating, the sandwich layer formed by the same particle size and the grads layer formed by different particle size; they both had good pore size distribution and permeation.
